My car maintenance for recall of Malibu 2004 was done. The work sheet had all information of the work done and parts replaced and trial taken after repairs. I got oil change, wiper blade and replaced air filter. It took 2 hours for this repairs.

We met with Edward Hidalgo , he was a very polite person and answered all of our questions for us. We are still undecided. Would really like a dark red with a tan top and tan inside.

very happy with the pick up and delivery service, however all things I asked to be addressed were not. External temp gage does not calibrate very quickly. When I bought the car sales department promised to provide the second remote key fob. Still no key fob.

Oil Change, tire rotation and inside air filter change took a little longer than I would have liked. Filter was $44 not including labor. Wow, way too expensive!!!!!!

Service was for a simple oil change and checkup. Claimed to check my tires for nitrogen service levels, recorded it at 5 lbs low on all tires and did NOT service them. Because servicing with nitrogen can not be done by the home mechanic, it renders our compressors useless for filling tires. I exp...ect this to me done at my regular vehicle service interval. Am I wrong to expect this? Show more

when i 1st called the girl was very rude and appeared to have a problem when i asked what her name was because she spoke so fast. i ended up saying good-bye and haning up and called back later. i get a call every week which is very annoying regarding the service that i had experienced and if there ...were issues to please contact tom the service manager. i understand the customer service side to call and see how everythign went. no issues so that's why i haven't called back and if there was, i would definately call. as far as dan, he's ok. i like eric much better. just a preferrence is all. Great Service. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Bergstrom for the past 8 years. They have always been very professional and timely when I needed my car serviced. They have great customer service and are courteous. The building is always clean and welcoming. I enjoy their fresh baked cookie...s and refreshments. Show more
