If I could give 6 or even 10 stars for their customer service, car quality, payment options, and communication I would!As a first time car buyer, the people at Jacobson Auto Sales we're extremely transparent with every little thing involved in the purchasing process. They're an honest, genuine, and ...authentic dealership that won't try to scam you with hidden fees or premiums, no Lemons at all! Don, Nick, and Max kept me constantly updated on cars they bought at auction that I would potentially be interested in as well as multiple loan payment options given to me. I am so happy after waiting for about a month that I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Honda Civic from Jacobson Auto! Drop by their dealership, talk to them about your price ranges, and the make and model of cars/trucks you're interested in. They do a head-to-toe maintenance work on their cars including: new tires, full tank of gas, clean interior/exterior, brake fluids, and so much more! I am 68 years old and have bought many cars including several brand new ones since my first car buying experience at 13 years old. My experience with Mike Henke and the rest of the Bergstrom team that works with him was more than excellent. When I took the test drive Mike accompanied me and directed... me on a route that contained many different road surfaces, curves, and grade changes so that I could appreciate all of the features of the Silverado. He had me brake hard and accelerate quickly which gave me a good idea about those features of the truck also. My test drive of a Ford F150 was nowhere near the test drive Mike took me on. I still would have bought the Silverado because it out performed the F150 but I felt Mike showed me all of the features of the Silverado that are better than Ford's. Show more

I brought in a 2008 Saturn Outlook that I recently purchased from your dealership. The service department took care of a problem that I noticed a week after the purchase, for no charge. I recently leased a 2015 GMC Terrain. I would not be more pleased with the experience. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought/leased from Bergstrom and Brian Chicoine. He is a fantastic salesman and a great asset to the Bergstrom team. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

I'm a single mom of two amazing daughters. I was in desperate need of a new and safe vehicle. One that I wouldn't have to stick money into. I had looked online found a few options I liked. Got information on them and got my 2006 Buick rendezvous. I'm in love with it. There is plenty of room for groc...ery shopping as well as my girls friends to come with us. I will feel safe knowing my 16 year old will be driving it as well.. I won't have to worry as much now as I would of with our old car. Thank you to Mike Henke for all of your help.
