Brian did a great job explaining all the features of the "techy" equipment on my new Equinox and he programmed my radio stations as well as the Bluetooth feature. I am a happy customer!

Was a very good experience. Paul Christman got us a nice deal on a great car. He was very helpful and did a very thorough job showing us the car and all it's features. Would definitely come back there again.

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and from the time I drove in and was greeted by Rick, the service writer, to the time in the waiting room when both car porters, Tom and Stan specifically came over to say hi and ask how I was, to the time Chad, my personal Service Consultant came... over to say hi and ask how everything was going, my experience at Bergstrom is always nothing but top notch. Even the Service Manager, while walking by, recognized me and greeted me and said hi. These folks get it and make it happen. At Bergstrom, you don't feel like you're at a dealership, you feel like you're with family who just want to help you. Great job!! Show more

Chad and Tom went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired the way I wanted it done. It was a tough situation but they both stepped up and took care of everything. I cannot thank them enough and the vehcile is running like a dream. My vehicle was returned to me very clean inside and out.

This is our forth vehicle at Bergstrom Chevrolet in Oshkosh. As always we have had a great experience working with the staff. Jennifer Hollenbeck was a great sales consultant to work with. She made the process of leasing a new truck fast, easy, and enjoyable. We would recommend her and The Bergstrom Team in Oshkosh. Steve Sauer also made the financing process easy and was great to deal with.
