Oil Change, tire rotation and inside air filter change took a little longer than I would have liked. Filter was $44 not including labor. Wow, way too expensive!!!!!!

Express Service was completed quickly. The waiting areas are always very pleasant and all of the Staff are very polite and friendly. It is a nice experience and I left with a secure feeling that my auto is well taken care of and, therefore, it will take good care of me. Thanks!

I was able to get in immediately for my oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I noticed was that my oil monitor was not reset and it took me awhile to figure out how to reset it.

Service was for a simple oil change and checkup. Claimed to check my tires for nitrogen service levels, recorded it at 5 lbs low on all tires and did NOT service them. Because servicing with nitrogen can not be done by the home mechanic, it renders our compressors useless for filling tires. I exp...ect this to me done at my regular vehicle service interval. Am I wrong to expect this?Show more

Very pleased with how I was treated. Very helpful and pleasant personnel at Bergstrom. My car had to be towed in and they were wonderful about getting to it and informing me about what needed to be fixed. Dan is always very pleasant to work with.

My Equinox had been using oil and the engine light came on. Chad from service and the mechanic were able to discover what the problem is in a very short time and have scheduled an appointment to correct it.
