I liked it because the people I worked with were friendly, low pressure, and honest. I had been to 4 other dealers in 4 other cities and would rate Oshkosh Bergstrom the best in this regard.

My service manager was great. I threw a last minute change at him and he dealt with it with true professionalism. My car was done before he said it would be. He kept in contact with me throughout the day. Everything was fixed as promised.

when i 1st called the girl was very rude and appeared to have a problem when i asked what her name was because she spoke so fast. i ended up saying good-bye and haning up and called back later. i get a call every week which is very annoying regarding the service that i had experienced and if there ...were issues to please contact tom the service manager. i understand the customer service side to call and see how everythign went. no issues so that's why i haven't called back and if there was, i would definately call. as far as dan, he's ok. i like eric much better. just a preferrence is all.Show more

After having a bad experience with a dealership in Fond Du Lac, we called Bergstrom and Paul Hennell helped us. He went out of his way to find us the car we wanted on his day-off. We were very impressed with Paul and the dealership!

I had to get my oil changed, although it took a little longer than I expected considering I had made an appointment they did a good a job and were very easy to work with.

I love to go to the Oshkosh Bergstrom - I walk in to service and they know me by name (with a smile). Always get good service. Like to get oil changed in Oshkosh location.

We came in for an oil change. We're treated to coffee and cookie. We had scheduled our appointment ahead of time but it took longer then expected. Without complaining your team give us a $10 discount. Who wouldn't be happy. We have always been happy with the service.

Service personnel were very friendly and accomodating. Waiting area was clean, bright and well-appointed with small food and beverage service. Restrooms were clean. Was told the wait for my service would be about 45 minutes, but I was out the door in just under 40.

It was good I like when they come out and give u up dates I like that the dealership has a freindly faimly feeling and I like that ur open early to help cater to the 3rd shift hr people. Good job guys and gals.
